A member of our ministry suggested the title of this blog and tomorrow night’s sermon. When I heard this title God laid it on my heart to use it.

In John 5:24 Christ says that whoever hears his words and believes Our Heavenly Father has eternal life. Also, in John 12:32 Christ says that when he is lifted up from earth he will draw all his people to himself.   Awesome words One of my all time favorites is revelations 2:7 where it says;  He who has an ear, let him hear what The Holy Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes the world I will give the right to eat from the tree of life. In Jeremiah 3:14-17 we are told he will choose us 1 from a town and 2 from a clan and bring us to Zion. He will give us shepherds with knowledge and understanding. We wont worry about the Ark of The Covenant any more. We wont even think about it.

Such awesome words from such An Awesome Loving Lord and Savior. Too bad so many people read them but don’t listen to them. Too bad so many people hear teachers teach these lessons from the very Bible that these people hold in their hands but yet, these very people never listen to what Jesus is saying. They go through the motions of going to church and in doing so, they begin to tell themselves that by going to church then slowly church will change them. WRONG!!!!!!

In Mark 7:21 Our Lord Jesus Christ says” Not everyone who says to me Lord,Lord will enter the kingdom of heaven, But the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven”. People go through  the motions all their life not hearing what Christ is talking about.

In mark 16:15-16 we are told to go out into the world and proclaim the word of God!!!!  I  often teach this lesson in churches but nowadays I catch myself asking what will they take out into the world if they are not really paying attention themselves when they come into church.

People have their own souls and future of that soul as well as their young children’s souls  in the palm of their hands and instead of really slowing down to read the written word of God, they go through life silently expecting God to just hand them salvation.I pray for these people constantly.
