Last night I (as pastor of this ministry) was treated to the most wonderful blessing that any pastor could hope for. We had our first open,inclusive bible study session. By this I mean we don’t have deacons and elders, this bible study was our members getting together and discussing bible topics as a group. Everyone put in their thoughts and questions and discussed together and helped each other as a group.

What I mean when I say that it  is a blessing for this pastor is that most churches and ministries have deacons and elders teaching and leading the members. Here God has blessed this ministry in such a way that all of our members work together and reach out and help each other. Any number of our members can lead these services.
